Monster Gaming was born from a simple question: what if you could give every indie studio the AI infrastructure of a 500-person AAA team?

Our Story

We started where every great game starts — with a problem worth solving. Game studios pour years of creative energy into titles that get crushed by tooling bottlenecks, spiraling costs, and the brutal math of scaling a team. The biggest studios solve this by throwing headcount at it. Everyone else just ships slower.

Monster Gaming is the other path. We build AI assistants that understand games — not generic chatbots with a "gaming" label, but specialists trained on real engine architectures, shipping pipelines, and production workflows. Our fleet of 85+ AI agents covers every discipline from rendering and netcode to narrative design and localization.

We sit above the engine. Unreal, Unity, Godot, bespoke — the platform works with what you already use and makes it dramatically faster to build, debug, and ship.

Jacob is a game industry veteran with credits spanning some of the biggest franchises in interactive entertainment. As WW Director of Technology at 2K Games, he led platform technology across BioShock, Borderlands, NBA 2K, Civilization, and XCOM. He's shipped titles on every major platform from PS3 through current-gen, and has deep expertise in build infrastructure, online services, and the operational machinery that turns creative vision into shipped product.
