Effective Date: April 30, 2026
The following rules apply to all use of the Monster Gaming platform without exception.
1.1 Legal Compliance. You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using the platform. You may not use the platform in any jurisdiction subject to United States sanctions or in violation of any U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs.
1.2 No Weapons or Dangerous Content. You may not use the platform to design, develop, produce, or distribute real weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, or instructions for creating dangerous substances. This prohibition applies to real-world weapons only and does not restrict the creation of fictional weapons within game content that complies with applicable rating guidelines.
1.3 No Harassment or Hate. You may not use the platform to create content that promotes discrimination, harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. You may not use the platform to promote violent extremism, terrorism, or radicalization.
1.4 No Child Safety Violations. Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming content, and any depiction of minors in sexual or exploitative contexts. Violations will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
1.5 No Malware or System Abuse. You may not use the platform to create, distribute, or deploy malicious software, viruses, ransomware, spyware, trojans, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data. You may not use the platform to develop exploits or attack tools targeting any system.
1.6 No Misinformation. You may not use the platform to create deepfakes, falsely attributed content, or misleading AI-generated media presented as human-made for the purpose of deceiving others. You may not generate synthetic media designed to manipulate public opinion, defame individuals, or create false evidence.
1.7 No Privacy Violations. You may not use the platform to conduct unauthorized data collection, surveillance, stalking, doxxing, or identity theft. You may not use the platform to process personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA. You may not create tools designed to extract, aggregate, or expose personal information without consent.
1.8 No Electoral Interference. You may not use the platform to generate content intended to manipulate voters, suppress voter participation, create fake political campaigns, impersonate political candidates or officials, or otherwise interfere with democratic processes in any jurisdiction.
1.9 No Fraud. You may not use the platform to conduct scams, create counterfeit goods or services, generate fake reviews or testimonials, facilitate money laundering, or engage in predatory or deceptive commercial practices. You may not misrepresent the platform's capabilities to third parties for financial gain.
The following rules apply specifically to game development activities conducted through the Monster Gaming platform.
2.1 AI-Generated Content Disclosure. Games, assets, or other creative works built with Monster Gaming must disclose AI involvement in their credits, documentation, or store listing metadata. Disclosure must be clear and conspicuous to end users. Example: "Built with AI-assisted tools from Monster Gaming."
2.2 No Cheat or Exploit Tools. You may not use the platform to create cheating tools, aimbots, wallhacks, speed hacks, exploit kits, or any software designed to provide unfair advantages or circumvent anti-cheat systems in other games or online services. This includes tools that violate the terms of service of third-party games or platforms.
2.3 Rating Compliance. Content generated through the platform must comply with applicable content rating guidelines — including ESRB (North America), PEGI (Europe), CERO (Japan), GRAC (South Korea), and ClassInd (Brazil) — appropriate for the target audience of the game or application. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required content ratings for your published titles.
2.4 No Unauthorized IP. You may not use the platform to clone, reproduce, or create derivative works that infringe on existing game intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights without proper authorization from the rights holder. This includes character likenesses, game mechanics protected by patents, copyrighted art styles, and trademarked names or logos.
2.5 Fair Use of AI Resources. You may not abuse API quotas, circumvent rate limits, engage in resource exhaustion attacks, or otherwise attempt to consume platform resources in a manner that degrades service for other users. Automated usage must comply with documented API rate limits and usage tiers as described on the Pricing page.
The following restrictions govern your interaction with Monster Gaming's AI systems and models.
3.1 No Model Extraction. You may not attempt to extract, replicate, distill, or reverse-engineer Monster Gaming's AI models through systematic querying, prompt engineering, output analysis, or any other technique. This includes attempts to reconstruct model weights, architectures, or training data.
3.2 No Competing Training. You may not use the platform's outputs — including generated code, assets, game designs, or any other AI-produced content — to train, fine-tune, or improve competing AI systems, whether your own or a third party's.
3.3 No Prompt Injection. You may not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable safety measures, content filters, or operational constraints built into the platform's AI components. This includes prompt injection attacks, jailbreaking, adversarial inputs, or any technique designed to elicit prohibited outputs.
3.4 Output Verification. AI-generated game assets, code, scripts, and content must be reviewed by a qualified human before being incorporated into released or publicly distributed products. You bear full responsibility for all content you publish, regardless of whether it was AI-generated.
3.5 No Misrepresentation. You may not present AI-generated content as exclusively human-created in order to obtain awards, grants, certifications, competition placements, or other recognition that requires or presupposes human authorship. This does not prohibit submitting AI-assisted work to programs that accept it, provided disclosure is made as required by Section 2.1.
The following use cases present elevated risk and require additional human oversight, review, or approval before deployment.
5.1 Actions. Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at Luxedeum's sole discretion:
5.2 Content Review. Luxedeum reserves the right to review content created through the platform for compliance with this AUP. Reviews may be conducted through automated systems, human review, or a combination of both.
5.3 Reporting. Users may report suspected violations of this AUP by contacting abuse@monstergaming.ai. Reports should include a description of the violation, relevant URLs or identifiers, and any supporting evidence.
5.4 Appeals. Users who believe enforcement action was taken in error may submit an appeal to legal@monstergaming.ai within thirty (30) days of the action. Appeals will be reviewed by a member of the Luxedeum legal team and a response will be provided within fifteen (15) business days.
Luxedeum may update this AUP at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
