Terms of Service

These terms are being finalized by counsel. The full legal terms will replace this summary before general availability. By using Monster Gaming during the beta period, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Monster Gaming ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Platform

Monster Gaming provides AI-powered tools for game development, including code generation, asset assistance, debugging, and optimization. The Platform is provided "as is" during the beta period.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform to develop malware, exploits, or any software intended to cause harm
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform's AI models
Share API keys or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account
Exceed rate limits or use automated tools to abuse the Platform
Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all code and content you create using the Platform. Monster Gaming retains ownership of the Platform, its models, and all underlying technology. Anonymized interaction data may be used to improve the Platform as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Pricing & Billing

Free tier includes sandbox access with usage limits as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monster Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the portal.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
